Hi Christina! Yes, I did eventually get my sectional, and yes, they did eventually bill, but with no warning whatsoever. And then when they’re ready to deliver it’s the same “we’re coming tomorrow…will someone be there?”. Very frustrating process.

I just discovered this exact same thing is happening to me (only with a different sectional from “West Elm”), so did a quick google search to see if it’s a scam and came across your blog. How completely horrifying and really disconcerting coming from what I thought was a reputable brand in West Elm. Disappointing to say the least, and deceptive. Can I ask you if your issue was resolved? Did you receive your couch and did your charge eventually go through without issue? I’m calling West Elm customer service in the morning, but now I know what to expect…
