Halve, put in oven cut side up 45min@400f, add to slow cooker, blend into liquid, slow cook for 4-8 hrs depending on how “pasty” you want. Or skip roasting, skin/deseed, salt, add cloves of garlic/some basil/roasted red pepper (optional), slow cook 8-12 hrs. No more cans of tomato paste for a while.
